SHIPPING & RETURNS

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return your new, unused item within 30 days for a refund or an exchange. All exchanged or returned merchandise must be in factory condition with no modifications or alterations. Returned merchandise must include original packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals, instructions, etc. If the returned item requires repackaging, your refund/exchange will be subject to a repackaging charge. If you turn a used product the return will be denied.
